Paint correction is a highly technical process designed to permanently eliminate imperfections in your vehicle's clear coat—including heavy swirl marks, water spots, oxidation, and scratches. At Fresh Off The Lot, our correction and enhancement process safely restores your paint's ultimate depth, gloss, and clarity utilizing elite finishing polishes and industry-leading leveling techniques.
Unlike volume-based "buff and wax" jobs that only temporarily hide defects with cheap fillers, our process relies on precision tools, ultra-soft rotary jeweling methods, and strict controlled lighting in our climate-controlled facility to achieve true, permanent restoration.

Our 5-Step Paint Reconditioning Process
Deep Clean & Decontamination
Every vehicle undergoes a meticulous foam wash, chemical iron removal, and a mechanical clay bar treatment to strip away embedded environmental fallout and bonded contaminants.
Paint Inspection & Prep
We measure clear coat thickness and utilize dedicated LED inspection lighting to reveal the true depth of defects, carefully masking off all sensitive trim and edges prior to machine work.
Precision Leveling
For heavier defects, we utilize premium abrasive technology from brands like Sonax and Ewocar to safely level out deep scratches, oxidation, and severe swirl marks without compromising the integrity of your clear coat.
Ultra-Soft Jeweling
We refine the finish using ultra-soft rotary techniques and advanced finishing polishes, like Rupes Uno Pure, to extract maximum depth and restore a flawless, optical-grade clarity to the paint.
Surface Protection
Bare, corrected paint must be protected. We lock in the perfect finish using either a Nasiol ceramic application or our specialized REVIVIfy flexible nano-silicon, self-healing coatings.
